As seen last night on RAW, Bret Hart was written out of WWE's storylines. Vince McMahon informed fans that a new, anonymous General Manager would take control of the show, emailing announcer Michael Cole his orders. Hart's profile has since been removed from the RAW Superstars section.

Word backstage at RAW was that Bret Hart is gone for the time being. While there is talk that he might be back by the end of the Summer, he's gone indefinitely for now.

Not much details are available yet but it is known that there was concern from Lloyds of London, Bret's insurance provider, after the physical angle at the end of last week's RAW with the NXT Rookies. We can also confirm that he's getting married again as we reported earlier this morning here on the website. Bret is set to get married for the third time on 7/24.

Originally Bret was going to shoot a face-to-face angle at the Fatal 4 Way pay-per-view with the NXT Rookies but when he didn't make it to the show, plans had to be changed.

Oh yeah, I already know that we haven't seen the last of The Hitman. Plus the way he left the WWE isn't correct. Bret will get some type of revenge and return to the WWE.

Commenting on rumors concerning his status with World Wrestling Entertainment, Bret Hart claims he too is unaware of his status with the WWE. Hart wrote the following on his official website, also noting Martha Hart's(Owen Hart's Widow) lawsuit against WWE:

"As far as the recent lawsuit filed by Martha, I'm working on a detailed response that I will post soon, but I think my fans might be a little surprised at my take on things. Aside from that, I know that the WWE Universe is more than curious to know what my status is anymore and the truth is nobody knows, including me. There are a lot rumors out there about me and all I can say is that they're rarely true. I will have some major announcements forthcoming, but right now I'm going to keep the lid on things because I'm not looking for any distractions."

HARTFORD, Conn. — The widow of a World Wrestling Entertainment performer who died in a 1999 stunt says she's suing the Connecticut-based company and its leaders, including Republican U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon.

Martha Hart said McMahon, who stepped down as WWE chief executive to run for Senate, and her husband, Vince, the current chairman, have continued to use Owen Hart's image to promote the business despite agreeing to stop after his death.

Owen Hart died when he fell 78 feet from a harness as it lowered him into a wrestling ring in Kansas City, Mo., on May 23, 1999. He was 34.

His family sued the WWE and several other defendants in the death. Martha Hart agreed to a $18 million settlement with the WWE in 2000.

In her new lawsuit, she alleges the WWE and the McMahons violated a contract that restricts the use of Owen Hart's name, likeness and wrestling footage.

She said in a written statement Tuesday that she learned earlier this year that his image was appearing in WWE promotional materials.

"In the 11 years since Owen's tragic and avoidable death, I have worked tirelessly to disassociate Owen's name and likeness from anything related to WWE in order to protect our children from any reminder of the circumstances surrounding their father's death, and to avoid any misplaced perception that I endorse WWE," she said in a statement.

Rite now Bret Hart claims he is unaware of his status with the WWE! Since his brother's widow filed a lawsuit against WWE looks like his relationship with the WWE has become strain and bitter....definately all the wwe universe will be looking 4fard for bret's returning...:notalking:
